3 out of 5 starsTook forever to send out. Be sure and thoroughly read through their shipping policies and the amount of time it takes them to make items. I sent a message and was never replied to and only after the message was sent the bracelet put in the mail so you can take from that what you will. It’s a bit flimsy, I’m worried it’s going to snap in half. I really hope it doesn’t though because I like it overall! The packaging was very beautiful, and it is cute- true to the photos.

1 out of 5 starsI have not received this item after almost a month of ordering. I messaged the seller with no response. My payment was taken out same day that I ordered and I would like a refund. I wish there was a "0" option instead of having to choose a "1" star!

We received your message from yesterday & we've reached out to you regarding this matter, please feel free to contact us for any further questions. Our current processing time as listed here on Etsy is 2-3 weeks to be able to create your customized items, and with standard shipping it takes another 3-9 days to arrive in the USA. There are other shipping methods such as expedited shipping available. We do our best to meet customer deadlines, just let us know when ordering if there is a specific date an item is needed, and if it's not possible to fulfill the request then we are happy to issue a full refund.

Custom and personalized orders
ღ For custom made items, we only start creating or working on customized orders (ex: engraving, made to order designs, any product alterations) after payment is processed. We cannot work on items that have not been paid for.
ღ To request a custom order, press the 'Request Custom Order' button on our shop sidebar, email us, or send us an Etsy message.
ღ Custom-made and custom stamped / personalized orders are not eligible for full refunds if you have personally designed and approved the product. Photograph proofs are available upon request so you can see the actual item you will receive. If the customer is unhappy with the proofs, we will either redo the item or refund all your money back instead of shipping.

ღ Please message me before you order if you have a specific day of arrival in mind / deadline to be sure it will arrive on time.
ღ If you live in an area where there is a history of packages / parcels gone missing (ex. apartments) please let me know if you would like to add-on delivery confirmation for your package. This is to protect both you the buyer, and us, the seller.
ღ If an item gets lost or damaged in the mail, please let us know as soon as possible. We don't have any control over third parties like the USPS, but I may be able to replace it, track it down or give you a refund. We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms it as "Delivered".
Repairs & Replacement Items
ღWe can make repairs for free on your items if it was bought within the last 30 days. In some instances, we may replace the item entirely. The shipping cost for both ways is the responsibility of the buyer. If you are local to our area, you may also drop it off / pick it up in person.
ღPlease note: Availability of replacement parts is not guaranteed, especially for one-of-a-kind charms, gemstones or crystals. We may replace it with similar (but not exactly the same) parts or you may also send us original components along with your package.
What kind of metal materials do you use? Are they hypoallergenic?
ღ Our materials vary per item, based on their design, and they range from base metals (like copper, aluminum, silver plated, brass) to precious metals (like Sterling Silver, Argentium silver, & 14K Gold). Our individual listings will have the details per item. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to metal components in jewelry, Please contact us before purchase. Sterling Silver & Pure 1100 Aluminum is generally safe to use and is considered hypoallergenic for the vast majority of our customers.
ღ Please seek the advice of a medical professional for more information on allergies / your personal allergy information.
Immediately discontinue use of our products in case skin irritation or any other discomfort occurs.
Do you create items that are safe for babies & children?
ღ Our products & creations are meant for consumers age 13 and above. They are not toys and are not suitable for children, as according CPSIA guidelines and regulations.

Can I return pierced jewelry?
Our pierced jewelry (ex. pierced earrings) come in a box with safety seals. They can be returned if it is in its original packaging - including the box seal. We accept returns for items in their original, unworn condition. In case it is not in its original sealed packaging & it has been worn, I'm sorry we cannot accept the return. For earrings, cartilage or other body piercings, since they go through skin, they are considered "intimate items" as listed in our return policy.
